Hi beauties!

I’m super excited about today’s post because 1. Who doesn’t love new makeup? And 2. I have never ever tried this brand! ColourPop is based out of Los Angeles, California. I heard about ColourPop through many of my favorite Youtubers. The brand is cruelty free and extremely customer friendly! On the website they even have a place where you can suggest new shades for products! They had a hand written note in the package when I opened it addressed to my name and everything! I thought this was so thoughtful!

I’ve been meaning to try out the brand for a while now but it wasn’t until the holiday collections came out that I really wanted to make a purchase! I have to say that I am SO impressed with ColourPop as a whole and will definitely be making more purchases in the future. Most of the products I purchased were lip products, just a head up!

The first item I purchased was their Super Shock Eyeshadow in Central Perk. I’m not gunna lie to you guys the name of the eye shadow intrigued me. I’m a huge Friends fan so I had to get it, poor excuse I know. Did I mention everything is like $5-$6? It’s very easy to get carried away. Anyways, it’s a matte burgundy color that’s absolutely stunning for fall so it was worth it! Also, I’ve never owned single eyeshadow (I only own palettes) but this texture is unlike anything I’ve ever felt. It looks powdery but when I swatched it it felt so creamy! It is really long lasting and I’m pretty obsessed.

The next thing I got was both the lippie pencil and lippie stick in Grundge. Again, I’m obsessed! I’m so impressed with both their lip liners and lip sticks! Both are a matte finish and the color is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a dark brown, edgy lip color. In the pictures below the lighting is a bit off and it looks a bit red but in person it is much more brown.

Finally, I purchased the Vixen Holoday collection full of their holiday lippie sticks! This collection is made up of 3 matte finishes, 2 creme finishes, and one pearlized finish. I can honestly say I am a big fan of each and every one of the shades. The only shade that I personally don’t know if I’ll get much wear out of is Plastics, the purple-pinkish matte finish as it is a bit too bold for me.

Overall, I am so impressed with this brand. They offer a variety of liquid lipsticks as well which I will definitely be trying out in the future. Have any of you guys tried ColourPop? If so what do you think?! I am very happy with my order and will purchase from the company again. I hope you guys enjoyed & thanks for reading!
