Hi everyone!
I can’t believe this month is almost over! My ipsy bag came quite late this month but you know I wouldn’t miss a post on it! This month’s bag had a “pink” theme and came in an adorable make-up bag with an envelope on the front. I was pretty impressed with this bag overall. Here’s what I received this month:
The first product I received is the Bye Bye Under Eye by IT Cosmetics. Yes, ipsy, yes. A while back I received the CC Cream from IT Cosmetics in an ipsy bag and fell in love. I hope the concealer is just as good. It’s a bit dark for me now so I may wait to use it but I’m sure I’ll love it.This is a sample but the full-sized product retails for $24.
Next, I received the Josie Maran Cosmetics Argan Enlightenment Illuminizing Wand. This is a full-sized cream highlight and I love it! It’s a beautiful gold toned highlight. This product is $28 so right there the bag is worth the $10 subscription.
These next two products I’m not the biggest fan of. First is the Pink Gel Coat from Perfect Formula. While I’m sure the product is great I have plenty of top coats laying around that I never use. I’m sure this will just end in that pile.
This lip gloss on the other hand I am just not a fan of. It is called Vintage by Jessica Liebeskind. At first I complained about the packaging. It seems extremely cheap and like something I’d get in a children’s dress up kit. However after looking at the website, the full-sized glosses look more luxurious. The product is $21. This shade is just not for me. It extremely sparkly and just reminds me of dress up make up. Who knows though, maybe it will grow on me.
Lastly, I got yet another full-sized product. I really got my money’s worth this month! This product is the Vitamin B5 Weightless Oil Mist by OGX. I’m a big fan of this brand and us a lot of their hair products. I’m super excited to try this! It’s $7.99 at Ulta, possibly cheaper at Walmart/Target, etc.
