I haven’t done a favorites post in quite some time but since summer began I switched out a lot of the products I use. I also have accumulated lots more (idk how this keeps happening… #beautyaddictprobs). Regardless, I have some pretty awesome favorites from June so of course I had to share!
Murad Renewing Cleansing Cream
This stuff works wonders. I was never even a fan of skincare until my cousin’s fiance introduced me to this line. I love the Resurgence products from Murad. The cleansing cream is a must have for me. I have dry skin with texture issues and this cleanser helps clear it right up.
Rimmel London 9-in-1 BB Cream in Light/Medium
This BB Cream is a life saver. It is perfect for the summer as it has SPF and is very moisturizing. Along with that it even offers great coverage and is very build-able! I love that I can just throw this on and head to the beach/pool with no worries! Finally this is around $6 if not less so you really can’t beat it.
elf Ultimate Blending Brush
YAAAAAAS girl. Thank you KathleenLights for hyping up this brush so much. Another $6 purchase that is amazing. This brush is awesome for blending out foundation! It is so soft and has the perfect density. I recently hauled it with some other drugstore products. You can check that post out here if you’re interested!
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette
No shocker here. This. Is. Everything. I have an entire post on this palette alone so check that out if you’d like but this palette is simply amazing. If you like to glow, you need it, simple as that. I use every blush and highlighter in this palette. For swatches see my previous post.
Real Techniques Miracle Complextion Sponge
This is the best affordable sponge I’ve found on the market. I’ve had a Beauty Blender and they’re great but this is an incredible alternative. I also love that it has a flat edge which makes it unique from other sponges.
MAC Mineralize Skinfinish
This is my first MAC powder believe it or not. So far I adore it. I don’t own many MAC products but I really do enjoy this powder. The sales associate recommended it for dry skin and it looks so natural. Other powders always cake up or look too powdery on my face, but this one is just right.
Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso
I’m honestly upset with myself for waiting so long to get this. I figured it was all hype but boy was I wrong. This is the most beautiful blush I’ve ever worn. It has the perfect sheen and peachy glow for summer time. I totally recommend it!
So I have four favorite lip products this month. Three of them are from ColourPop and one is from NYX. The ColourPop Sheer lippiesticks were recently reformulated and I actually really love them. My favorite shades this month are Safari which is a vibrant orange and Kiddo which is a nudey-pink. It is basically the color of my lips. For sheer lipsticks these are so pigmented.
These next two have been the perfect combination. The ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip in Bianca and NYX Butter Gloss in Tiramisu. I’ve been topping Bianca with the gloss for the absolutely perfect nude. As you may know, the Ultra Matte Lips are very long-lasting but can be drying so adding the gloss makes for a perfect match.
These favorites are really from May/June so there are a whole lot but I truly love them all so I wanted to share! I hope you enjoyed!
